Enter Edi’s Nest

57 games in white and blue. The most memorable team captain in MSO history and the most beloved player to ever represent MS Odense in our 16 season history. Tomorrow he will once again be a fearsome opponent when MSO enters the nest… Edi’s nest.

MS Odense’s celebrations of 5 season within the Golden League continues tomorrow in Prague, with a match against a team we have never beaten. Not even a draw only losses. That is the history between Falcons and Odense, including both Golden League and tournament matches. There is no doubt about who the favorite is and we will have to work hard and preform at our highest level to gain some points in this weeks Golden League match.

When MS Odense enters the nest at 14:00 htt tomorrow the challenge will be tougher than ever and we expect to be challenged on every part on the field and the biggest one of all might be to stop Falcons defender, and former MSO captain, Edi Celaj from being the one to decide the outcome of the match. He can do that!. The Albanian technical wonder is a good defender, a good midfielder, a good striker, a good leader – A great player. They have many of those players in Prague and especially the midfielders are pure star quality players. Some of the best the Golden League and HTUM has to offer.

MSO will be team bring it tomorrow. We will bring everything we got, but will it be enough to finally get some points against Horus Falcons and the incredible Edi Celaj in Edi’s nest.

Full Power On B2B Project

Readers of Hattrick United Press was not surprised by the press conference held at MS Park this morning, after Pierpaolo Scavo’s exit as Hattrick United Press editor yesterday. It was also announced then, that he was coming back to MS Odense. Now he is back to fulfill a long time dream as the head of MS Odense.

“Ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for coming to this press conference here at MS Park. I am happy to announce that i am the new President of MS Odense. Mr Peroni wanted to step down as the man in charge after a very successful period in Odense. The structure and work he has made for this club is describable and we owe him a lot for this. I will sit down and talk with Peroni in the next couple of weeks and try to find another position in the club with him – Both MS Odense and Mr Peroni wants to continue working together. We just have to find the perfect solution for both parts first. My part in this is to continue the fine work made here so far and also to make it evolve and take MS Odense one step higher. I will do that my setting full power on the Box2Box program and also make the homegrown team wish come true for MS Odense. I am proud to back, where my career really took of. MS Odense is a fantastic club and we are going to make big things together” said the new President of MS Odense.

Pierpaolo Scavo wasn’t the only one attending the conference earlier today. “Some of you might recognize Søren Olesen from the Golden League council election. I have asked Søren if he would help me developing Odense to an even better team. A team with local players. Players the fans can identify them self with. Odense players in both heart, mind, soul and the spirit. Fortunately he has accepted the challenge and Søren Olesen is now the head of Odense Academy Center” said President Scavo and let Olesen get the word.

“Thank you very much Mr President. I am pleased to be here today and look very much forward to find the best possible talents in Odense and it’s suburbs. Earlier today i have rearranged and hired new scouts and ordered them to go out and find the talents that will make MS Odense even better and also give our academy the chance to send great Odense talents out to other Golden League clubs around the world. I have hired one of our former scouts to be head scout. Lars Lundgren will report to me, when one of his scouts has found a reasonable talent. Lars has 5 scouts and they will get a district, where they have to find the best of the best. Ulf Juul will scout in our most local area North East (Vollsmose), Tor Ludvigsen will scout in North West (Tarup), Viggo Falch will scout in South West (Sanderum), the new appointed Tue Stenstrup will scout in the southern part of the city (Hjallese) and Nicky Bentsen will scout downtown (City) and in the rest of Odense until we find some more scout, then he will only scout downtown. We are very serious about the homegrown project and i think our latest actions show it” said the new head of Odense Academy Center, Søren Olesen.

Scavo wasn’t finished though and had some more for the journalists present. “We have also made some other changes today. Rune Graversen is now official appointed as Assistant Coach of MS Odense. Rune has help Vacatko from time to time and their teamwork has work out well and that is why we have chosen to make Rune the assistant coach for the main squad. Former player agent Peter Ivarsson has also got a new role in the club. Peter is our new Chief Analyst. His job will be to scout and analyse our opponents and report to our team of coaches”. Then then press conference was over and the two new men in charge of MS Odense and Odense Academy Center could get to work and start their projects.

Vacatko Warns Future Opponents

The presidents, the manger and a lot of Odense coaches has stated that MS Odense would be stronger and stronger, only to find MS Odense in yet another reconstruction of the team. Those days are over and the present Odense coach Ivo Vacatko has no trouble explaining why other Golden League managers should take him very serious as he sends a warning to the future Golden League opponents of MS Odense.

“I’m very pleased with this win.You have to remember that we are still a team for the future and we are no way near the top of the mountain yet. MS Odense will soon be stronger than ever” stated a very determent Vacatko. “If you look at our game here at Raszkow Arena tonight. We almost show the strength than we had in the Baggio era, but the squad is far younger today and there is so much potential in these young guys. My prediction is, that you will see the strongest MS Odense lineup ever more than once in season 52”. Words that might be hard to believe as this isn’t the first time words like this has come from a coach of MS Odense. Vacatko also has a good answer to doubters his words.

“You can say that we have been in a long term process, where we also have learned a lot and found the right structure for our club. The Box2Box program by Scavo and the homegrown project started by our distinguished president, Mr. Aldopaolo Peroni. The structure of the club is close to perfection at this stage. Our economic situation is perfect with primary low weekly wages. We will soon be ready to take MSO to the next level and i know the board is working on various scenarios, on who to make the club ready to take the step and make it happen. I’m sure that the board will reveal something about all this when they have some news for you” said coach Vacatko.

Ørbæk: “Tobiasz played a great game”.

MS Odense captain, Kasper Ørbæk was in a good mood after the 2-0 win at Raszkow Arena and he spoke highly about both his teammates and the opponents. “We always play good games here and today was no exception. Even though our attacking strategy fell, we played a pretty good match today. taking into consideration that it wasn’t our strongest lineup, we did well. The signing of Allahverdiyev has been very good for us as a team. Michael Pettersson has also developed into a great defender and he keep getting better week by week. I also think that Kenneth and i have found each other again after playing elsewhere for many seasons. Finally we now has 4 strikers to make various combination, when we play different opponents and Johannes Skals Jensen can be upfront to if we need a powerful man and as you could see today, Alfred can play on the wing if needed. But we also have a lot of young players who has to learn some more before they are ready to carry the team. They do great in every game because when they fail, we tell them to get back up and fight and keep learning. By the way i noticed that Raszkow have a team that does the same. Look at Tobiasz Kosmalski. He might have been passed twice today, but he kept on fighting and made it difficult for us many time today. He was the reason that we did score more today” said the captain of MSO.

Next up for MSO is the League games against DallerUnited on Sunday. Monday evening MSO play the quarterfinal match in the Hans Christian Andersen Cup against Bleikens Helte. While next weeks Golden League opponent will be Horus Falcons.
