Nutwood County increased their grip on the top of the table with a hard-fought victory over Kent Saints. Nutwood found it difficult to breach a strong Saints defence but a goal in each half secured the win. The first came from Arjaan Godeau after a well-worked free kick routine. Eric Boyd scored the second after coming on for the injured Sammy Jensen. Werner Rotor gave another excellent display up front to win the Man-of-the-Match award. This 2-0 win gives Nutwood a comfortable 5 point lead at the top with a challenging away game at Pharmacia coming up next Sunday.
