These above battles were not the only ones being played out this past Wednesday afternoon..
There were 3 points up for grabs in the 15th Edition of the SEN 1116 Fans Federation Pride Cup, Group F, Matchday 1..
To paint a little picture for you all…
frankafanhock (4840079) is a legend, and guru, and a sports junkie. And he is a former SEN 1116 am Radio Station Show host, had a cult following during many shows of OWAAT that aired late on a Sunday night here in Melbourne Australia… He is a keen ‘tweeter’, massive online/fantasy game junkie, very opinionated about all sports, and just very technically savvy!
He has been playing Hattrick since 04-07-2006, and while many periods in amongst that time he has spent away from the game, others logging in but not really dedicating much time to the game etc etc.. He has never ever forgotten ‘his lads’ down in HT and the Fed that he and coachnoodles created all those years ago! The SEN 1116 Fans Fed.
And this occassion wasn’t his first appearance in our Fed’s Cup and it certainly wont be his last… we all down in his federation will make sure of that..
He manages a team called Quinn Kings (419124), of which has played against my EVIL Inc. on 2 occassions now, with both being Wins for my club… 5-0 this time, and 0-3 last time..
These matches are always lots of fun, with many ht-mails exchanged between us 2 managers often pre and post game..
and finally.. frankafanhock is someone who I look upto, admire for what he has done and achieved in his life.. many of which I am trying to copy/emulate… whatever is the term I am looking for .. you know what I mean..
With us both enjoying many similar things in life always provides great talking points..
And as many of you at home know, I WozzaNoski enjoy ‘Tweeting’ on Twitter, but also enjoy my Facebook aswell, if not much more.. Plus there is The OH Show, which like franka.. I thoroughly enjoy helping to host that as often as I can!
anyways… about this game played out between our 2 great clubs in HT..
1901 spectators arrived at Somerville Super Stadium (The Home of EVIL INC.), where weather conditions were pretty good for football. A surprisingly low attendance figure considering the stakes on the line, the history between the 2 teams and managers, and the fact it was a local Victorian derby game..
EVILinc decided to use a 5-3-2 set up which was much more attacking than what we are used to seeing from EVIL INC.
Lineup: Diklan – Pestarino, Kovács, Prühn, Nikau, Risse – Scolesi, Ledermacher, Fuchs von Grünfeld – Guincho, 泉相 (Quanxiang). All these players listed were 5 of my defence trainees and the rest are my Solid Leadership future coaches who I am putting Experience into for future profit!
Kings had chosen a strategic 4-5-1 formation which is a stock standard lineup for franka these days.
Starters: Miyagi – Oliveira, Koula, Angius, Islam – Isakka, Fields, Arrizada, Piraquive, Costa – Rojo. These were mostly franka’s second stringers, certainly not his best team that’s for sure!
EVILinc demonstrated their creative tactics on the field as WozzaNoski wanted goals and lots of them and often uses this tactic against teams who don’t have many [spec] type players on their list.. It’s never let me down so far!

So as you can see my EVIL INC. won the game in a comfy type way against franka, and therefore getting off to a great start in The SEN FED Cup, but again I must say, it wasn’t about the final result… it was about paying my respects to someone we all in this great fed down at SEN, hold so close!
You franka, are a true Champion, and on behalf of everyone down in the SEN FED here on Hattrick, we say a massive ‘thanks’ too you and ya great mate in coachnoodles, for making the effort to drive the game of hattrick on your radio show here in Melbourne, which has spawned so many hattrick players from this city!
